Senior Paid Acquisition Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to help scale ShareGate's demand engine through high‑performing paid programs and continuous experimentation. This includes growing ShareGate Migrate's mature paid program and building ShareGate Protect's paid demand‑gen program from the ground up. In this role you will take ownership of paid acquisition across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, lead structured testing across the funnel, manage an ad budget of approximately $1 million per month, and collaborate closely with a paid media agency and our Senior Manager of Demand Generation to grow ShareGate's reach and optimize campaign efficiency.
