Configure, customize, and maintain OSS/BSS modules such as order management, inventory management, service fulfillment, and billing. Monitor application performance and proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
