**Position Overview**
The Senior Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consultant serves as a strategic internal consultant to Business Leaders and People Business Partners, helping to shape and enable how Autodesk’s organizations operate, grow, and transform.
This role partners across business and People & Places (PPL) teams to diagnose organizational needs, define effective operating models, and deliver solutions that improve organizational health, agility, and performance.
