Position Overview

Senior Organization Effectiveness (OE) Consultant serves as a strategic internal consultant to Business Leaders and People Business Partners, helping to shape and enable how Autodesk’s organizations operate, grow, and transform.

Role Summary

This role partners across business and People & Places teams to diagnose organizational needs, define effective operating models, and deliver solutions that improve organizational health, agility, and performance. Each Senior OE Consultant aligns to a specific organization or function at Autodesk and is part of the broader Organization Effectiveness center of excellence, bringing expertise in organization design, transformation, workforce planning, org health, and human‑plus‑AI work design to Autodesk.
