Work with Marsh as an Oracle EBS Functional Support Analyst in Toronto, Canada, in a hybrid role. Your hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials and ORMB will be key to effective support.
In this position, you will utilize your 5+ years of functional consulting experience to drive excellence in Oracle EBS and Revenue Management. As the Subject Matter Expert, your contributions will bolster issue resolution and support vital financial processes like month-end activities and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS modules and ORMB
• Configure modules to align with business requirements
• Lead root cause analysis in P2P and O2C cycles
• Deliver Tier-3 support and maintain data integrity
• Write Functional Design Documents and perform gap analysis
