The Role
You’ll own the full back‑office function of a regulated digital asset firm and manage a lean ops team of 2‑3. Expect 60‑80% hands‑on operational execution alongside team leadership. This is a build‑and‑run role with real ownership: you’ll set standards, improve processes, and ensure everything settles cleanly across a complex product stack (equities, bonds, crypto, tokenised assets).
