Position Overview
Senior Operations Manager – Chemistry
Location: 6740 Campobello Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 2L8, Canada (Permanent, Full‑time)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems that ensure proper methodologies are used in conformance to client requirements.
- Administer corporate human‑resource programs relating to recruitment, retention, compensation, training, EEO, performance appraisal and record documentation.
- Analyze and interpret data, guide corrective actions, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures before releasing results.
- Support company initiatives, collaborate with other department leaders to implement new methods, and train staff accordingly.
