Salary Grade SSUO Grade 08. Salary Range: $64,865.00 - $81,935.00.
Position Purpose
Reporting to the Manager, Gift Processing, the incumbent plans and coordinates the operational activities of the Gift Processing Office, including financial transactions and internal controls, in order to provide support and advice to managers and to ensure that policies and procedures are well understood and properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Process gifts in support of the fundraising team’s philanthropic efforts.
- Scrutinize all gifts and solicitation/pledge forms received to ensure that information is valid and accurate.
- Enter data on complex gifts which require particular attention.
- Maintain database integrity by checking for irregularities among gift payments and among the biographical information submitted with gifts.
