About Your New Role
Your role as a Senior Managed Services Engineer involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions using industry-leading technologies. You'll work extensively with SASE platforms, SD‑WAN solutions, and unified communications systems to deliver exceptional managed services to our clients. As a senior team member, you'll mentor and assist other managed services engineers, lead complex network transformation projects, and serve as a technical escalation point for our dedicated POD support teams.
