What is the opportunity? As a member of the SRE Network Operations team, the Analyst will be accountable for providing technical support in event/incident/problem management, escalation, restoration of service, triage and maintain all services pertaining to RBC's operations environment. Also working on leading edge technologies on wired and wireless network to help position the organization to the future.What will you do?Respond to incidents and problems and work with appropriate support personnel (Technology Infrastructure, NOC / Business Partners: Bell, Hydro, Rogers, IBM, Cisco, Silver peak, Aruba) on a technical level to resolve in a timely manner and/or escalate as required.
Attend implementation planning meetings to ensure the smooth transition of new network infrastructure to be supported by TNS Operations
