You will lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists, focusing on performance management and continuous improvement. Maintaining compliance and building broker relationships are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning and problem troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly responsible for service goals and quality
