Role Overview
The Designer will lead end-to-end design development for marketing and communication assets supporting U.S. audiences. Operating from an offshore location, this role functions as a senior creative partner to U.S.-based creative leadership and collaborates closely with copywriters, content managers, and campaign teams to deliver scalable, brand-compliant, and performance-ready design solutions across channels. The role emphasizes systematized design, accessibility, regulatory awareness, and quality at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Multi-Channel Design Execution
- Lead design development for multi-channel content including digital and social media, email and SMS, direct mail, thought leadership assets, event materials, and executive communications.
- Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual assets, layouts, and reusable templates aligned to campaign goals.
