Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 Develop processes for new business and products. Quote new business opportunities when required. Investigate equipment for new business and continuous improvement opportunities. Utilize root‑cause problem‑solving methods to analyze issues affecting internal quality (ppm) and productivity issues (OEE – overall equipment efficiency). Identify quality improvements and defect prevention by developing and implementing mistake/error‑proofing fixtures and devices.
