Donaldson seeks a hands-on engineer in Aguascalientes to support stamping operations, focusing on process optimization and improvement initiatives.As part of a high-performance manufacturing team, you'll enhance mechanical and hydraulic press lines efficiency.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, along with a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.Strong analytical skills and effective communication in English are desired, as well as familiarity with Core Quality Tools.
