Senior Manual Qa Engineer — Remote & Flexible (Xico)

We are looking for Manual QA Engineers across Lead and Senior levels to ensure stability and reliability of a live Hiring Events platform serving clients across the U.S. The role involves functional, regression, end‑to‑end testing, validating REST APIs with Postman, executing SQL‑based backend verification, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Client Support to triage and resolve production issues.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing across platform workflows.
