What is the opportunity?
The IT and Cyber Risk Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the management of technology and cyber risk for Commercial & Payment Technology (CPT) and RBC Clear. This role entails collaborating with cross‑functional risk, technology and business teams to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risk profiles across the CPT portfolio. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on risk, technology, and security compliance metrics, as well as leading initiatives to promote risk, security, and compliance awareness within CPT. The incumbent will work closely with risk and technology teams across CPT and the broader Technology and Operations (T&O) organization to ensure applications within the portfolio adhere to established compliance thresholds and maintain a strong security posture.
