Senior Manager, Student Success and Inclusion

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Student Success & Inclusion plays a critical leadership role in enhancing student well‑being, inclusion, and overall success at the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). Reporting to the Dean of Education Services, this position serves as a central Student Support “Hub,” overseeing and advancing resources related to mental health and wellness, crisis response, learning strategies, disability services, international student services, the Writing Centre, and sexualized violence and misconduct. Working collaboratively with Student Affairs, Academic Services, and other divisions, the Senior Manager builds institutional capacity to identify and respond to diverse adult learning needs, supports student retention and improved learning outcomes, and delivers professional development to faculty and staff on academic accommodations, universal design for learning, student conduct, and emerging student support issues.
