Senior Manager, Scientific Program Development – strategic operational partner to the Global Scientific Program Director. Pay Range
Base salary: $100,000 to $110,000 CAD (exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget); salary range may vary based on geographic location. Responsibilities
Translate & create: partner effectively with Product Marketing/Brands and the Director to translate abstract briefs into actionable scientific requirements for the lab. Define what we make before we make it. Cross‑portfolio scope: lead scientific concept development across the full spectrum of the business, from high-volume launches for The Ordinary to complex, novel technologies for NIOD and Incubator brands. Feasibility & risk: assess early‑stage feasibility for new concepts, identifying technical constraints and proposing creative scientific solutions to keep innovation moving.
