Senior Manager, Real Estate (Vaughan)

The Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing multi‑site healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead and oversee a complex national real‑estate portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for driving lease strategy, managing critical landlord and vendor relationships, supporting acquisitions and new site development, and ensuring the ongoing optimization of the organization’s real‑estate footprint. This is a highly visible position that combines strategic planning, financial oversight, negotiation, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly influence the organization’s continued growth through site selection, lease management, portfolio analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with executive leadership, construction, facilities, and finance teams.
