Senior Manager, Proposals

Senior Manager, Proposals responsibilities include:

• Management and oversight of Doane Grant Thornton’s formal and informal proposal and presentation submissions in response to RFQs, RFIs, VORs, and RFPs.
• Responsible for the end-to-end proposal delivery process, including evaluation, project kick-off and management, research, initial response, refinement, and final proposal submission.
• Lead the national proposal team, managing colleagues across various specialties, levels of seniority, and locations to deliver responses tailored to the client/prospect requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop effective, persuasive proposals that highlight key advantages and reflect the team’s strategy and value proposition.
• Ensure all public sector and procurement responses are accurate, compliant, and ready.
• Apply and steward Doane Grant Thornton’s brand voice, style, and messaging across all proposals.
