In this role you will:
Prepare and contribute to program materials for leadership and governance forums, promoting clarity and stakeholder alignment. Consolidate reporting and progress from several different areas and groups to ensure visibility of Collections Initiatives under the Global Operations Strategic Pillars and monitor progress against Annual Plan. Summarize progress, issues, and key decisions for leadership while supporting risk identification, tracking, and mitigation across workstreams.Organize and maintain program documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance.Support the Executive reporting of Strategic Initiatives as well as Communication functions related to employee engagement across Global Collections Operations.Create, edit and proof clear, concise, high-impact, and engaging presentations and other content for internal and executive audiences.
