This role drives sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring cost-effective, value-driven solutions. Responsibilities include leading a regional team, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and fostering innovation and digital transformation. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
Key Qualifications- 10+ years in procurement, with expertise in Capex and MRO
- Proven leadership in multinational, matrixed environments
- Strong negotiation, financial, and supplier management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; CPSM/SPSM preferred
