Overview Senior Manager, Practice Marketing – Canada (Toronto). Leads marketing strategy and programs for Gallagher’s benefits, HR, and talent management consulting practices, driving business development and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
Drive marketing strategy for designated consulting practice areas or client solutions, including talent management services.
Consult with practice leadership as go‑to marketing lead, leveraging market intelligence and persona profiles to determine thought leadership, sales, and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and client retention.
Coordinate consulting practice marketing programs, including editorial calendar (webinars, whitepapers, conference speaking submissions, engagements, client seminars, etc.), omnichannel promotional plans, and collateral development.
Own project plans, timing, budgeting, and approval processes for marketing deliverables.
