What is the opportunity?The Operational Effectiveness (OE) team is seeking a passionate, results-driven, and innovative Senior Manager to lead the transformation of end-to-end Personal banking processes. This role focuses on re-engineering processes to reduce friction, eliminate redundancies, and enhance client experience across Personal & Commercial Operations (PCO)As a Senior Manager, Personal Banking Operations Transformation, you will work closely with the Personal Banking Operations (PBO) teams and partner with enterprise transformation teams to advocate for and deliver components that bring transformational strategies to life. You will be responsible for analyzing opportunities generated from either End-to-End (E2E) Process Reviews and/or the OE Intake with emphasis on developing business cases that evaluate and enable prioritization of scalable capabilities across PBO, as well as our Collections team.
