WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? 
This role is within the newly formed People Risk and Regulatory Compliance Oversight 2nd Line of Defense team within Human Resources, this role is accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of a data-driven comprehensive risk reporting framework to effectively monitor and report on the People Risk profile for the enterprise. This includes risk reporting required in support of the Functions Compliance Oversight program (FCOP) specific to the HR global function.This role will be required to stay apprised of People Risks from a global regulatory oversight perspective and will play a critical part in ensuring appropriate escalation and visibility of applicable internal and external risk events, emerging risks and risk trends to senior leadership including the HR OC, the CHRO, Group Risk Management, and Enterprise Compliance in support of informed decision making. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
