Job Description
The team is looking to fill a current role under Operational and Non-Financial Risk to support organizational change management for risk requirements. The Operational Risk Change Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the organizational change management for changes from non-financial risk programs and initiatives.
This is a small team of 4-5 people. There is a high degree of collaboration with the supported business teams and some collaboration within the team, but the work is primarily independent.
Hybrid requirement: 3x per week (subject to change).
Responsibilities
- Lead and own all end‑to‑end change management activities for assigned initiatives, from initiation through close‑out, including the delivery of all required change and project artifact.
