About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Product Management to join our team. The Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Product Management provides strategic and hands‑on leadership as a technical product manager for the Oracle ERP, Financial Services applications (OFSAA) and related systems across the IT organization. Establishes and governs configuration standards, patterns, and operational practices to drive consistency, quality, and security across teams and domains. Leads the technical product roadmap for Oracle ERP, aligning platform evolution to business strategy, regulatory expectations, and operational reliability. Partners with Finance, HR, Treasury, Risk, Technology, Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and cost‑effective solutions and to ensure optimal operationalization of systems in production.
