Senior Manager, Licensing LATAM

The Senior Manager, Licensing – LATAM, based in Brazil, plays a critical role in driving the execution of the licensing strategy across the region, supporting the growth of a multi‑million‑dollar licensing business across Coca‑Cola’s portfolio of globally recognized brands.

This role combines strong commercial execution with strategic thinking, acting as a key partner to the Licensing Director to translate regional priorities into actionable plans, accelerate business development, and maximize performance with existing licensees. The position requires hands‑on leadership in an in‑house model, with direct ownership of partnerships, pipeline development, and business performance.
