Senior Manager, IAM Onboarding (Global Security)

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Onboarding Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end IAM onboarding operations, including integrating applications into Access Manager (SailPoint IIQ) and Access Request (ServiceNow) platforms. You will provide technical leadership to ensure RBC application teams effectively leverage our IAM solutions. Working cross-functionally with business partners and technical teams, you will translate requirements into implementation strategies, foster innovation, and drive delivery of IAM initiatives that support RBC's strategic goals.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
