Purpose
Senior Manager, GTCE Reporting supports the Director, Global Testing Centre of Excellence (GTCE) in overseeing Global Compliance Testing (the “Testing”) program and its alignment with Global Compliance Risk Management framework. This role contributes to the overall success of Global Compliance, confirming that specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the Bank’s strategies and objectives.
Accountabilities
- Deliver Testing Insights Reports and Global Testing Advisory Council (GTAC) metric slides by preparing and presenting key compliance testing metrics, trends, and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
