In this role you will:
Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Global Finance priorities and all-bank strategy. Identify and evaluate areas of opportunity, based on value potential, cost-benefit trade-offs, and strategic return. Working cross-functionally to ensure strategic initiatives are well developed, integrated, and prioritized based on impact and feasibility.Support VCO in driving the execution and ongoing management of strategic planning for Global Finance. Build Finance capabilities (data literacy, BI, automation); stand up communities of practice; establish learning pathways.
