Job Description
Senior Financial Reporting Manager Full‑time, permanent position based in Liberty Village. Hybrid work schedule.
Pay Range $100,000 to $115,000 per year. Salary may vary with experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence by attracting and developing team members; set an expectation that “we own every figure on our financial statements.”
Create influence and partnerships across the organization and with ELC counterparts to enable integration and transformation initiatives.
Set goals in accordance with corporate mandates, communicate milestones, and provide regular feedback to a group of direct reports.
Manage and review company financial statements, detailed accounting records, and support accurate financial and accounts reporting.
