Your Tasks
Support our Finance Operations workstream focused on the restructuring and improvement processes for our portfolio companies on site to implement and improve sound cash management processes on site Collaborate closely with the local CFO/CRO and TMO lead on the preparation of turnaround concepts by performing strong financial analyses, prepare integrated financial models and challenge and assess business cases Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines) Improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit Manage the relationship to external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurer, etc.)
Your Profile
At least 5 years of international experience in Big4 / Management Consulting firm (preferably restructuring focused) o...
