About the Role

The key objective of the role is to maximize financial flexibility through capital structure planning and accessing external capital and funding required for the Group to manage liquidity needs and to fund strategic initiatives.

The position is focused in equal parts on external stakeholders, including lending and underwriting banks, debt investors, credit rating agencies, and regulators, as well as internal stakeholders including the Group Treasurer, Chief Capital Officer, and the Group Chief Financial Officer.

The role reports directly to the Head of External Capital and Funding.
