The Senior Manager, Employee Listening is accountable for the development, execution, and continuous evolution of Scotiabank’s global employee listening strategy. Reporting to the Director, Talent Innovation & Insights, this role plays a critical role in elevating how the Bank collects, analyzes, communicates, and acts on employee feedback to inform employee experience initiatives, leadership decision‑making, and business outcomes.
The incumbent contributes significantly to the overall success of the Talent Intelligence team by ensuring employee listening goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of broader business strategies and objectives.
