The Senior Manager, Day-to-Day Banking is responsible for the development and management of core Day-to-Day Banking bank accounts, associated revenue, and expenses. The incumbent will manage the tactics and strategies to maximize the financial performance of the business line while driving innovation, value, and an excellent customer experience.
In close collaboration with the Business Analytics and Retail Customer Value teams, the Senior Manager will strategically design and manage products that align to target customer segments within both the existing Scotiabank customer base and the broader Canadian consumer base. The incumbent engages and partners with numerous third parties and suppliers involved in this business and ensures all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
