What is the role?
As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of data capabilities across Commercial Banking Operations (CBO). You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping and delivering a forward-looking data strategy that enhances decision‑making, risk visibility, and operational performance.
This role combines people leadership, deep technical expertise, and business acumen. You will build and lead a high‑performing analytics team, drive the development of scalable data solutions, and translate complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for executive stakeholders. You will champion a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and establish a strong, standardized data foundation across CBO.
