About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations to act as the strategic driver of operational excellence, productivity, and resource optimization within the Clinical Development Centre (CDC). The role combines people leadership with specialist operational expertise, making you accountable for team performance while driving operational excellence.
In this role you will partner closely with senior clinical leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring the organization is equipped with the right capabilities, workforce, vendor landscape, and financial oversight to deliver high‑quality clinical outcomes. The position requires strategic leadership, data‑driven decision‑making, and strong cross‑functional influence in a highly matrixed global environment.
