What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Manager, Client Strategy, you will lead strategies and program management focused on winning long‑term primary banking relationships, deepening client relationships across multiple projects, leveraging data to understand clients’ journeys, and developing client‑centric multi‑channel outreaches to drive cross‑sell, engagement, and primacy.
The role requires strong collaboration with squads and cross‑functional teams, ownership of key KPIs, and ensuring strategies and tactics achieve targets.
