What You’ll Do
 :
Partner closely with the Client Service head to drive strategic initiatives and operational priorities

Translate leadership vision into actional plans, tracking progress and ensure timely execution

Support planning, business reviews and goal setting for the client service organization

Prepare executive updates, reports and business insights

Monitor performance and service delivery KPIs

Manage operational processes, governance routines and leadership cadence

Ensure alignment across teams on key initiatives, priorities and delivery timelines

Identify trends in client/ organizational behavior, service performance and operational efficiency

Provide recommendations for leadership based on analysis
