:The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Transformation (HR) is a strategic leader responsible for driving data‑enabled transformation across the HR function. We are seeking a BI Transformation Lead to modernize and transform our reporting function into a scalable, insights-driven and analytics capability. This role oversees a multi‑disciplinary team delivering advanced business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions that enable stronger workforce insights, operational excellence, and strategic decision‑making.
Acting as both a people leader and transformation strategist, the Senior Manager partners closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, Technology, and Business Leaders to modernize HR processes, introduce next‑generation analytics capabilities, and optimize the end‑to‑end colleague experience.
