Job Summary

The Senior Manager / AVP – Construction Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, financial reporting, construction draws, project accounting, cash management, and internal controls for the Company‘s construction and development portfolio. This role will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), support construction draw administration, manage project-level financial oversight, and drive operational excellence across accounting and finance functions.
