Senior Manager, Asset Management & Operations
Job Description
PowerON delivers comprehensive electrification solutions, including infrastructure development and operations and maintenance (O&M). As part of PowerON’s transition to a fully in‑house operating model, this role is the senior operational leader responsible for running PowerON’s Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Management business line on a day‑to‑day basis. The role carries full accountability for maintenance field operations, asset availability and uptime, response and resolution performance, operational service credits, client‑facing performance commitments, and O&M financial outcomes, while owning the evolution of PowerON’s enterprise asset management capabilities across high‑power EV charging infrastructure, battery storage systems, transformers, and balance‑of‑plant assets. This role acts as the primary operational counterpart to executive leadership, translating strategy into execution and elevating operational issues into clear, decision‑ready insights.
