Role and Responsibilities:
Manage medium-scale of agency portfolios and maintain strong relationships and rapport with agents through frequent interaction Contribute to the sales channel practices to improve agent’s productivity and efficiency Track and monitor agents' performance to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancement actions. Maximize sales and drive business growth through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives and promotions Execute recruitment strategies and plans for growing the sales force Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of changes and new initiatives with other functional areas. Work closely with the compliance team on complaint investigation and regulators' enquiries. Participate in any special projects as assigned. Qualifications:
