You will report directly to the Plant Director, working closely with internal customers and stakeholders. Your leadership will cultivate a productive maintenance team, driving initiatives that enhance both safety and performance within the facility.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians • Maximize equipment uptime through preventive measures • Manage infrastructure and building maintenance operations • Oversee investment projects in collaboration with engineering • Analyze KPI performance to facilitate improvements
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field • At least five years in maintenance management roles • Experience in a unionized setting preferred • Familiarity with industry standards in food produc...
