Job Description
Take the lead in sales performance as a Sales & Revenue Performance Specialist with Prima Living, dedicated to growing occupancy in multi-site senior living communities.
This hands-on, travel-oriented position centers on training and supporting sales teams to achieve excellence across various residences. You will work closely with Executive Directors to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies and CRM practices. Your analytical skills will drive performance enhancements in a compassionate environment focused on older adults.
