Your role focuses on generating and qualifying leads while collaborating with the Executive Director and the VP of Sales. Connect personally with prospective residents and families through tours, while executing strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy. Engage with community organizations to enhance collaborative efforts.
