Job Description
Utilize your expertise in a Senior Litigation Lawyer role, supporting a busy downtown client with innovative legal strategies and strong advocacy. Manage a challenging caseload while ensuring outcomes.
In this position, you will oversee the management of up to 50 litigation files, conduct legal trials, and provide critical legal opinions and status reports. The role emphasizes teamwork and client satisfaction, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation files
• Conduct examinations, mediations, and trials
• Provide regular legal opinions and status updates
• Collaborate with teams to enhance client satisfaction
• Implement strategies to reduce overall litigation costs
Requirements:
• Accredited Law degree and Alberta Law Society membership
• Minimum of 3 years experience in litigation
• Strong negotiation and advocacy capabilities
