About the role
As a Senior Lending Advisor, you’ll help clients achieve their homeownership goals by delivering expert mortgage advice, strengthening relationships, and driving lending growth.
You’ll support clients through new mortgages, renewals, restructures, and refinances while leveraging Scotiabank solutions to meet broader financial needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide tailored mortgage solutions and manage renewal leads, including retention offers and rate negotiations.
- Deepen relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities and partnering with Wealth, Business Banking, and Home Financing teams.
- Grow your client base through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the Customer Experience Model (CEM). ...
