Job Description
Drive legal excellence and compliance as the Senior Legal Manager for Canadian operations. Provide strategic legal advice, manage risks, and oversee governance issues for the company's activities.
In this leadership role, reporting to the General Counsel & SVP Legal, you'll be the primary advisor on all legal matters impacting Canadian operations. You will draft contracts, manage litigation, and develop compliance policies to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business units on legal matters affecting Canada
• Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring compliance
• Supervise the management of litigation and outside counsel
• Offer insights on labor, employment, and governance matters
• Foster collaboration on compliance programs with stakeholders
